This is an upgrade kit for the Viper Max MX2000-MX3000 ATV winches. This kit eliminates the gap between the sides of the spool and the support plates. It also offers support for the entire diameter of the spool.  Bushings are milled from Delrin  Acetal copolymer which has a tensile strength of 9500 psi. Also included in the kit is high quality retaining clip for the drive shaft return spring as well as a Delrin clip keeper.  

This upgrade also works on Venom, Xtreme, and Gorilla winches.

ALL WINCHES SHIPPED ON OR AFTER SEPT 03, 2008 HAVE THIS BUSHING UPGRADE INSTALLED.
